LONDON, Friday. .— Mr. Thomas Summerbell (Labor) yesterday asked several questions in the House of Commons respecting the manning of themissing steamer Waratah, which aresuggestive of a weak and incompetentcrew being on board. Mr. Winston Churchill, President ofthe Board of Trade, refused to makeany statement pending the inquirywhich will necessarily be instituted. The Waratah had an adequately skilled and full compliment of crew. It astounds me that in the light of a tragedy of this magnitude, all hands lost, fingers were pointed in this direction. Winston Churchill was right to say what he did.
